My dear friend Gina Meyer (Fred and Wanda, Crescendo, County Road 3249 - aka Drunk Girl, etc.) Was thrilled that Tweedy not only sang our favorite Wilco song, but that he actually let her accompany him and seemed to enjoy doing it. Anyone who saw it (my daughter had heard about it in Burlington Vermont before the show ended) wants to comment, or would like to know more about Gina's music would be more than welcome to post . Thanks. My history goes back to the earliest Uncle Tupelo days (they toured the US with my good friends The Walkabouts from Seattle), playing pool with Jeff at an Uncle Tupelo show at TT The Bears in Cambridge, Ma, through being a devoted follower of Wilco.
