  1. I'm looking and kind of working my way through a future age it sounds right but I'm not sure if thats how he plays it, the way I'm playing it is in and open D with the low E also dropped to D

    Tuning looks like this

    Low to high

    D

    A

    D

    A

    D

    F#

I don't want to post anything yet because I want to make sure its right if there is anyone out there that has it somewhat figured out I'd be curious

Or I would also like to beg ginandcigarettes to help because he did a wonderful job on someday somemorning sometime

  2. yeah as far as asking for concert recommendations on viachicago I have never been let down when I saw loudon wainwright who was recommended he was phenomenal lots of toungue wagging and alejandro escovedo was also sensational his set on austin city limits was also killer

  3. Jeff Daniels is playing around my town and I'm thinking about going to see him I saw him through together a little ditty about being in bloodwork with clint eastwood on the view a little while ago and thought it was funny. Plus he is a good actor the Squid and the Whale was absolutely sensational. Anyone seen him or have an opinion?

  4. love dylan, but he sucks live his band was exceptional but he gave me a headache when I saw him in columbus a few months ago I thought it was just effortless crap, know I may receive some flac for that, kings of leon have energy, there are many other things I would rather do than go see another dylan concert like watching slush melt

  5. his set in columbus was as well he stayed on electric all night but he didn't come on till about 11:30 because the sound man dissapeared when the first band was ready to come on. Wanted to see a couple accoustic songs but it was still great for the time he was up there. We got there early trying to meet him saw him sitting outside and as we were approaching he went in for a sound check asked his manager if we could come in and listen to the sound check but he didn't want us to I guess. Seems like a shy guy, I was eager to find out if his onstage personality is his actual personality. Oh well we got to meet his friends who were pretty cool one of his friends played guitar for the national a few times, the show was still pretty awesome

  6. I would take blonde on blonde over yhf but definetly a wilco show over a dylan show. I love dylan and own all of his records but I don't know if I'll ever see bob dylan again I saw him a few weeks ago in columbus and walked out early because I was so dissapointed however eric clapton did make a surprise appearance, his songs were almost unrecognizable and he played without any heart or soul at all and it made me hate the concert I felt like I was being taken advantage of. He played new morning the song I wanted to hear and didn't think he would play but did it was completely rearranged it was almost a new song aside from saying having the words new morning in it. I don't know if I will see dylan again. People say he is hit or miss, it was one of the worst efforts I have ever seen by a live performer, they had his organ turned down so low and his vocals were blasted, his sound man may been poisened right before he came on.....enough venting

    Peace

  7. Hi just wondering if there were any fans of Todd Rundgren on here I heard the song slut on big star's live cd thought it was really catchy traced it back to Something/Anything by Todd Rundgren and now I can't stop listening to the cd. Are there any other good cd's of his to have, or has anyone seen him in concert?
