  1. I am in a Kaplan course right now and it helping a ton. For some reason though I am the exact opposite of everyone else. Logic games is my best section and logic reasoning is my worst section.

Really? I have two friends that took the Kaplan course and were pretty disappointed in it. I have pondered taking it because they have classes starting next week until the week of the exam. It's just coughing up the $1300 that has me wincing. ;)

  2. Hey I am taking the LSAT on Sept 30 as well.

How's your studying going? I put in about 12 hours this weekend. I'm going to take a practice LSAT every Saturday morning until exam time.

  3. Darn, that's too bad. :lol I kinda wish we didn't always play you guys at the beginning of the season. Would be interesting to play maybe at the end of the season, just to mix things up a bit.

I know! I figure if SC becomes a bigger rival in the coming years, and I'm sure they will :flirt I wouldn't be surprised if SC wasn't moved deeper into the schedule. We'll see. I think this will be an ok season for us. I'm just hoping we keep a winning record.

  4. The second annual installment of this dynamic entertainment experience will take place in Las Vegas over Halloween weekend at Sam Boyd Stadium on Saturday, October 28th and Sunday, October 29th. Tickets for two-day passes to the event will go on sale Saturday, August 19 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time at www.vegoose.com.

The event's central complex at Sam Boyd Stadium - which includes the 30-acre Star Nursery Field with its stunning mountainous backdrop - provides a unique setting during the day and into the evening. Building onto last year's activities and attractions, such as the Impersonators Caf

  5. Wow! Thanks for the info! It's funny, but I just ordered that very same PowerScore Logic Games book this morning. I'm definitely looking at hitting the LSAT studies hard over the next few months. I think self study is the way to go. I hear the Kaplan courses are a big rip-off,too. At any rate, I appreciate it!

  6. I was wondering if we have any attorneys in the house. I've been out of school and in the working world for nearly 8 years now. I'm looking at going to back law school, and I was wondering if anyone can give me some recommendations in terms of good LSAT study guides, resources for statement writing, or any good advice in the application process (getting the right letters of recommendation, etc). There are a lot of expensive materials and classes that I'm getting mixed reviews on. I'm excited about going on this adventure, but I scared to death at the same time! Any advice will help, so I can develop a strategy!

    Thanks,

    Jonathan

  7. There is a reason, though. In fact, several reasons. She's a filthy rich (1) tramp (2)that's not too bad looking(3).

Valid points! :D I meant it in terms of talent or contributing something worthwhile to society aside from camera phone pornos :ermm
