I believe "willcall only" is illegal in New York State. By law, the promoters/venues must provide hardstock tickets in advance of show.

I've got three tix in the actual third row (CC) that I'm not going to be able to use. I know you're looking for only two, but I don't want to get left holding a single. That's simply one of the sections at the Boulder Theatre. 2011 is the theatre's 75th anniversary. So they deemed the front "A" section the "Silver Anniversary" section and made the tickets cost more. That's about it. I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with Jeff Tweedy, other than he's the one kicking off the 2011 year of shows for them.
