i've never had any problems with preorders... even from amazon... in fact i usually get mine before the "physical" release date.

i won't admit this kind of thing often, but i have a hard time listening to stevie wonder's "I Believe (When I Fall In Love It Will Be Forever)" because it was like my therapy when my high school "sweetheart" broke up with me....

oh really - I did not know that (that the dvd was not coming out).

i guess it's that the dvd is coming out separately... but originally they were going to do a package with the 2 discs and the dvd, but i guess they separated them... all the articles i've read about the release of the cds have been void of any mention of the dvd but their website says its still coming out, just on its own.

I only need a few of those demos - I wonder if there is some good detailed liner notes in the package?

yeah, that would definitely make or break a decision... i thought when they first announced this there was a dvd involved, but that aspect seems to have disappeared ala kicking television

I don't know if I am buying the REM stuff or not.

A neighboring county has an ordinance that,excepting 21+ Bars,there is no smoking of any kind in any public area,parking lots included(unless you're in your vehicle).I reckon this is the norm in CA & other places,but it's new around these parts...

i don't even know the policies here in oregon... all i know is that the bar by my house is the perfect atmosphere for my cigar smoking
