i was about to comment on the forum how amazing this song was on the webcast, and i was surprised to see a whole thread about it! It's definitely one of my favorite tweedy songs, but i hadnt heard it live until tonight. i was only at the first night of austin...

that recording sounds sooo good! New Madrid was awesome, had never heard it live before that show.

I'm so happy he played Gun! and there were a lot of great songs I wasn't expecting. But, did he screw up gun a little bit on that guitar part towards the end? (Right after theres a slight pause and he plays a few quick notes)

I have never taped a show before, and I am sure many of you have, so I have a few questions: 1) Wilco/Jeff Tweedy is totally cool with it (as long as you don't sell it)? But what about the venue? 2) What is the best thing to tape with: an edirol recorder or an mp3 player? 3) any tips for getting the best possible quality?

I like the concert footage from IATBYH better than Sunken Treasure, because in IATBYH there are shot straight on of the band, where as in Sunken Treasure, he is always shot from the side, in a half profile view.
