one other quick comment: he made that "suicide" joke last year when he played at lakeshore then repeated it again this year at the metro... guess he really digs it!

yeah i was at the metro, too... that milwaukee set looks very similar to the one at the metro... Daniel seemed to be in a pretty good mood that night, but there was one guy in the crowd that was going crazy, screaming shit like "I just wanna get a sip off of your water bottle, Daniel!!!!" I mean, I love to see people having a good time, but this guy was plowing into people, pumping his fists in the air, and screaming loudly during, and after songs... hope that wasn't you... if it was, disregard everything i said.

sounds like a classic set... pretty pissed i couldn't score a ticket, but i'm having my own little singalong at home. thanks for the update... can't wait to hear more about it!

yeah i saw "quasi" as a thread title and was like, 'wait a second. that can't be about the sam and janet quasi', but it was... opening for the jicks? that would be pretty awesome.
