  1. More Alcholol Content = Less Beer you need for a buzz = less money you spend on beer. = less calories you consume from drinking multiple beers.

Sorry, I'd rather have a nice 6 or 7% IPA for $6 bucks then two crappy 4% Buid lights for $8.

Also, there are plenty of session IPAs on the market now (as someone else posted), but I don't personally care for any of them. Believe it or not they give me more of a headache then the regular beers do.

my favorite low ABV beers are Berliners and Gose. Now those beers I could drink all day on a sunny day.

  2. It's actually positive commentary. Although I wasn't around for magic hat day

The only negative about Solid Sound is that there aren't a lot oh hotels in the immediate area, and a lot of them are already booked. The town of north adams is beautiful though

  3. So now that I am seeing Wilco in May, it is very unlikely that I will be seeing them for Solid Sound.

I still have a room booked in the town of Adams (about 10 mins away), at an organic spa called the topia inn. Before I call and cancel, wanted to put it out there...

I think the room rate is 265 a night. ..its the aloha room with a floating bed.

  4. Last year they had Laganiitius And Smutty nose.

Drinking a Wilco tango foxtrot while watching the band was pretty awesome. I also drank a shit load of Little Sumpin sumpin

Heady Topper and hill Farmstead would definitly bring it up another notch.

Point was , it was great craft beer, and at reasonable prices $5 a pour.

My local amphitheater sells craft beer for $12

  5. Anybody care to explain SSF to me?  I have the all cover show Wilco did a few years ago and I love it.

What other bands have played or are playing? The website doesn't seem to list any. Does Wilco play every night? Any Tweedy solo stuff?

Here is the short answer...if you like Wilco, this is probably your Mecca.

    Slightly longer answer.

    Great Music,

    Great Art,

    Great Crowd,

    Great Beer,

    Great Food,

    Great Location,

    Great Everything.

  6. I decided to reserve a room, just in case I find the line up unmissable.

The Replacements would be a HUGE push for my wife and I, as we have been fans for a long time, and would love to see them live.

Anyone know when we can expect to see the line up?
