  1. The sound at the State can get a little muddy if you're at the back by the seats on the first floor. I can't speak for the balcony, but I've always been happy with the sound at the front floor positions. Aside from some minor feedback issues at one point, I thought everything sounded great, it was just a little louder than other shows I've attended. I was pretty much front and center and even with earplugs in, my ears were ringing well into the next day. As others and Jeff stated, people talking was by far the most disappointing thing about that night. Like I said, I was up front and during
  2. Maybe this will show up in a future show, but they played a cover of Space Oddity during their sound check for this.
  3. anybody downloaded this fully who can seed it for a little while? I only have 3% left to go. Ah, all done. Thanks to whoever it was. Seems like there were a lot of us in that same situation.
  4. About what I said about Jeff's voice, I guess it was just me, or at least the area I was standing. His voice sounds fine on the videos that have already made it on to youtube. I accidentally elbowed the girl next to me during the clapping part of Spiders. Haha she didn't seem to mind though.
  5. high-pitched. I don't know, it seemed like his voice had no low end to it whatsoever.
  6. That was my first Wilco concert and it was incredible. Yeah, Too Far Apart, almost didn't recognize it at first. Is it just me or did anyone else think that Jeff's vocals sounded a bit funny? Like he was singing through a cloud of helium? Still a great show though. Conor Oberst and his band surprised me too, way more intense than I was expecting.
