i think my favorite shirt is probably the Wii-lco one, or the red one from SBS with the tennis shoes on the line
My favorite is definitely the SBS pre-order shirt with the tennis shoes...it fits me perfectly. Just wore it yesterday and I got a few thumbs up.

Leave Me Wishing More by DeYarmond Edison

After 16 views with not even a response and suggestions from local music shops ranging from Goo Gone, Goo Off and lighter fluid the correct answer was Petroleum Jelly.
Worked perfectly!
Great! Where'd you find that jelly was the cure?

Every time this thread pops back up, before I even read the posts, I start craving Chipotle.
Those tortilla chips are tits!

Looking for two tix for the Overture Center...will most likely be at the Silver Dollar pre-show...thanks!

I heard "Forget the Flowers" at a Chipotle in Brookfield, Wis.

This thread has inspired me to revisit my GS collection...

At night one of the UIC shows I was in the seats, stage left, and most were standing...but there was a group of 8-10 older folks sitting behind me. If I was the only one standing, I would have sat down, but in this case, if someone in front of me is standing - I stand. If you want to sit behind me and watch my ass dance...go ahead.

Can we dig up the "Up With People" folks and give that another go?

KISS next year?

Does anyone ever get involved in the heated comments on rollingstone.com? The latest issue has Lil Wayne on the cover and the comment section is blowing up with ignorance, racism, heavy profanity etc. I had to involve myself, but omitting the former descriptions from my posts.

I was looking for an amp online today and saw one of the reissues at this place in Lincoln Square, Chicago: www.rocknrollvintage.com under "other new guitars" for $995.00. Not too far from where your profile places you. Good Luck!
(gasp) that's right up/in my alley...thanks stagerug...although out of my price range, I would like to sit down with the '69-'71...but this reissue (I assume) could realistically come home with me...good find, great share...

...yeah...but they just go through the motions...
...in beards.

Great rendition, yes, but when are Pat, Glenn and JT gonna give up the beards and go 'stache?

Rolling Stone posted artist predictions for the Grammy's and Wilco made it into the mind of Aubert, saying:
"Wilco is the best American band around. Just like Radiohead, it's always amazing when bands that have been around for a while just keep putting out albums that are just as, if not more relevant than, the one before. Jeff Tweedy is one of the best signers and lyricists today. His lyrics are like poems. It feels like this is a record made by a band that are very comfortable with who they are. I mean, they have a song called "Wilco." Humor is something that you kinda can feel, and if you ever have seen them play, or Jeff talk, he is one of the funniest men around."

After this year's halftime show with The Who, I think it's time to put J. Jackson's nipple in the past and modernize the halftime entertainment. I enjoyed Petty, B. Spring, P. Mac and the Stones (well, no, they sounded terrible) but can the SB continually dip into that well?
Next year's halftime performance/entertainment...ideas?

That's not the one I saw. The body shape was the same, but the pickup was mounted on a rail that was parallel to the strings.
EDIT:
Here's a link with a photo of the sliding pickup I'm refering to, although it is on a wooden guitar:
http://www.danarmstrong.org/londonguitar.html
I will be honest...I doubted the sliding pick-up...but, I am actually happy to be wrong. That is a great concept!

I saw Avatar once...doubt I will see it again.
I saw Crazy Heart once...I will see it again.

I saw them live once at Alpine Valley Music Theater in Wisco....it was a decent show...very loud! But, is this one of those they say they are calling it quits and come back in 3-4 years for a reunion tour that never ends? This posters guess > yes

GEEZ! He looks like a fat lion!

I saw him in Milw. at the Pabst last night (my first Trey solo) and I am curious if anyone who has seen him on this tour can compare to previous TAB tours...happy Trey was definitely on stage last night.
