i am about 90% sure that i am the biggest weezer fan in Arkansas. that being said, this new album is going to be a rough spot in my relationship with weezer. the itunes samples were pretty horrible

The YYYs are great. And "It's Blitz" is a crazy good album.

first time i saw Wilco was with Dr. Dog. That is also the night that I fell in love with Dr. Dog. Therefore, i want to see a co-headlining show with Dr. Dog and Wilco

I just listened to the S/T album for the first time and WOW. I wasn't sure what i expected (It's Just That Simple thirteen times, maybe) but it certainly wasn't this....and it certainly wasn't this good. What do you guys think?

Dr. Dog is by far my favorite band. I haven't seen all of these articles though, so thanks to RainDogToo!!! Shame Shame, eh? Sounds pretty awesome. Do you still need those three tracks, i can zip them up for you. Does anyone know why Juston Stens didn't play with them at ACL?

He gave it back to her. She made her way back up front (which is ridiculous, i have no idea how that little girl beat past the crowd to get to the front) and he gave her the phone in the middle of a song.

When i met Wilco, Mikael was not very friendly. And by not friendly, i mean, the entire band was signing autographs and taking pictures and he was standing on the other side of the barriers just looking on. He came out about 30 minutes into the signing though

holy cow, bleedorange, is that you? also, the flask thing. I'm not sure why he got so upset over that. But, there was a little 6 year old girl standing in the vicinity, and that could play into it. I really think Jeff did go a little far, but, i can also see where he was justified. But, hey, it's Jeff Tweedy. He's known to be like this. Remember Sunken Treasure.....He called the audience out on his only solo DVD. That speaks volumes for the way the guy feels about the audience. If you paid to see the show, you should enjoy it. i kind of like a standard set list...i was pretty upset when they didn't play via Chicago last night...though i was comforted by Misunderstood and Country Disappeared.

nah, he didn't. He threw it down on stage right behind the speakers. I'm sure any Wilco fan would be pumped to have a rag of Jeff's snot, though. There were some people trying to grab for it :/

i saw them in Sept 07 in Little Rock, AR. After the show they waited about an hour and then came out to sign stuff for a small crowd that was waiting around the tour bus. I got my SBS vinyl signed by all of the guys, and they were all super nice. Nels and Glenn, as i remember, were two of the nicest guys ever. Jeff was really nice, too, but in his standard mildly anti-social sort of way.

Holy cow, what a show! I was able to get in the little press area and was right in front of Jeff the entire show...Literally the best spot in the entire Orpheum theatre... But seriously, guys...It went down tonight. Jeff stopped after a couple songs to say "We let you do just about anything you want, but don't film us. You are ruining your memories by capturing them with an imperfect medium. Sure you can show the video to your friends, but thats your memory."
