Just got 4 ( I THINK !)for NYC through a very convoluted Ticketbastard process.

Bummer for me, could not get in in time for the NYC show. Guess I will have to try again on Friday !

My first time seeing them was also my first time hearing them (although I knew who they were and their history and had certainly heard a few Tupelo tunes) was in 1999 at the Calvin Theater in Northampton, Ma. They opened for another of my faves, The Richard Thompson Band(Unfortunately they did not perform anything together) . Both outfits have worked with Neil Finn coincidentily (or not !). The guy I went with, a reviewer for the Albany, NY Times Union newspaper remarked after their show "They are so cool, they are different every time i see them !" Is anyone else having issues with the Wilco site, I have not been able to get it to load properly for a week, no scroll bar etc.

Did anyone record Here We Go Magic at this years Solid Sound Fest.? I was really impressed with their set and would love to get a copy of the performance. I did buy the latest LP but it just isn`t the same energy ! Contact me privately if so (I have tons to trade or whatever).

I mis-typed the month, yes it is Nov.18,1999, not Dec. I already checked Db.etree to no avail, I bet someone here knows !!

Thanks Analogman, I was aware of the Wiki timeline but it does not appear to be accurate. The recording I have seems to feature 2 keyboards at times which leads me to think that perhaps Leroy Bach was in the lineup along with Jay Bennett, but according to the Wiki thing he did not join until 2000 (even though he is on 1999`s Summerteeth).

I first saw Wilco in Dec. 1999 but I can`t recall the specific live lineup, does anyone know ?
