They were amazing at ATP - best band of the weekend by far. Got to speak to them after the show too - really nice guys. When they come back to the UK for some headlining shows myself and Welsh are hopefully gonna go and meet up with them for some pre show beers and maybe a 'weed party'.

its Malcolm Middleton - A Brighter Beat. Very good it is too but not as good as his debut.

basically i cant upload it because the CD i have is a watermarked version from the record company. watermarked means its linked to me, so if it gets passed around the internet the record company can trace the files back to me and put me in prison, which, I'm not really up for!

Nah, its a studio track called Nobody Listens To Silence. Doesn't really fit in with the rest of the albums 'sound' but its still pretty good all the same. I'd upload it but my copy is watermarked and I don't want my balls busted.

Im listening to my CD version now and totally agree. The tinny sound isn't there - the production is nice and punchy. The bonus track is real good too. It has a reggae tinge to it...

the Stoke - Sugarmill gig would be amazing. That place is soooo tiny.

interesting. i was wondering whether the tinny sound was because of the 128 rip or not. I've not bothered grabbing it off oink (though its been down all day) - think I'm just gonna stick with my 128 until I get the disc through.

Thats my only snag too. Everytime These Girls comes on I'm singing the lyrics to Mrs Lovely in my head. It gets very confusing!
