    A Cherry Ghost
  1. Another wonderful set from the boys. Love the Star Wars material, preformed excellent for the setting. This being the third time I have seen them at the Orpheum I noticed Jeffs vox was cranked from my seat (stage right - Nels). Some great gems, loved the Ghost material and lack of IATBYH. Nice encore great to see them go acoustic. Misunderstood was excellent nice change from the electric version which I think they had preformed at every previous Vancouver show from 1997 to now. Still 10 out 10 they are just so gooood...
  2. Triumph - Sreetheart - ??? Peterborough Memorial Centre - October 16 1979. I was 10 my older brother took me. First show I bought tickets for THE POLICE PICNIC Aug 5, 1983 CNE Toronto (with Peter Tosh, James Brown, King Sunny Ade, The Fixx, Blue Peter)
  3. A solid show from a very tight talented group, I was lucky to be down in front of Nels. First the sound was perfect, also I loved the fans energy this night, in the old days Tweedy would of gave someone shit but he is totally chill and seems to be in a good place with great bandmates, he did appear to be going through the motions a couple times from my vantage point, as he was peering at Nels who was attacking his guitar for one of his many solid solos. But overall it was a five star show I just wish they would play Vancouver more often, These guys give great performance’s night in and night o
