  1. Yeah, I actually have Audacity and use it for rudimentary sound file editing. Unfortunately my laptop's sound card leaves a lot to be desired. I'd love to just be able to get the original audio from, say, "I'm Always In Love" on the IATTBYH DVD. Just sayin'!
  2. Does anyone know a good program for ripping audio from DVDs or video files? Preferably shareware. I have a bunch of things I'd love to put on my iPod but only have in video format currently. Thanks!
  3. Well, they've certainly gotten much better about working in new songs to the setlist. Pretty much what they've always done between albums, as long as I can remember. That said, a little more Being There and Summerteeth and a little less YHF and AGIB would be welcome. Not that I don't love those two albums, they've just been played to death (though not without reason). But like other people mentioned, hearing some of the older stuff reinterpreted by this lineup would be amazing. At the least it's always a fun surprise and at best it's sometimes revelatory. Fer instance, the version of In A F
  4. Love love love In Utero and Unplugged. Still listen to them regularly. But every once in a while, I'll throw on Nevermind and really enjoy it. Seems the consensus is great songs, crap production (although I think the huge bombastic sound really works for SLTS, seeing as it is a monster song). Any chance of Nevermind ever being re-released "stripped down," a la The Beatle's Let It Be...Naked? That would be amazing, IMO.
