I really miss hacking ... I enjoyed it immensely, and got to be really good at it. I haven't been in a hack circle in years, though ... some of the fun is sucked out of it when you're choking on patchouli.

Sorry. I actually fear them too, just not pictures of them. I once got trapped in an apartment I was living in on Main St. in a small NY town because a small gathering of clowns hung out on the downstairs porch getting ready for a parade that didn't start for 2 hours. I wanted the paper and coffee from across the street but there was no was in hell I was going to interact or be confronted by those clowns.

I shakily waited it out.

I walked out of Pirates I. And walked into The Magdelene Sisters. One of the finest filmgoing decisions I've ever made.

definitely a good choice.

i've heard mixed reviews about "pirates 2" my cousin thought it was entertaining, but they could have cut out at least 30 minutes of it...and a good friend of mine (fellow film student) said it was painful to watch.

personally, i got bored with the first one after about 20 minutes or so, so i've never seen it all the way through.

I've been working up a treatment for a low-budget horror film called "Dutch Oven," and I think you just wrote the tagline.

Tim Easton looks way better with a beard by the way....
