Everyone is correct here. I've had Absinthe both over-seas and the new weak stuff in the states and got the same result... really drunk.

I think it does. Those cables that come with the player are usually garbage.

I figured as much, i mean it's a resolution upgrade. but i didn't wanna buy a 40 dollar cord and not see a difference.

So I purchased a Samsung 37 inch LCD HDTV and bought a new REGULAR dvd player. However this DVD player does have an HDMI connection on it.

So my question is, does the HDMI upgrade on a regular dvd player provide that much of an upgrade of regular dvd visuals over the simple RCA connections that came with the player or should i save my money?

This album is awesome. I think i'm with the majority on here when i say i also digged Pig Lib more then Face The Truth, and this album on an equal scale of awesomeness.

man i haven't been up on wilco lately, my life has been to busy. But this sure makes me smile, and also quite sad that I will miss these shows.

I just caught them up here in Marquette, MI and my god these guys rock, has anyone around there heard of them? I heard they played summerfest this summer. Anyway I was blown away by these guys. If you haven't heard them you should.

I bet the bosses of the network are not to happy - this was their highest rated show I do believe. I have noticed that A&E is really the crime and punishment channel these days. I was talking to someone I work with about TLC yesterday - I said they should rename it the Tattooed Lady Channel. These type of shows are big - and I don't think they are going away anytime soon.

I would imagine that college kids are big, if not the biggest, filesharers, so scaring the shit out of a certain percentage of them and perhaps ruining a few spring breaks probably goes a long way. I dunno. I would never hook up to one of those P2P things. I have enough problems as it is.

My campus, which supplies every student with a laptop and free internet is in the top 20 colleges targeted by the RIAA in the nation and our campus bought a server which blocks P2P from their servers. It may be a pain in the ass but I think the university in the long run is saving their students some money from lawsuits lol.

Anything you know you'll love and never regret is cool in my book. as for the design/cool looking factor I don't know if i'd go with the state outline (i mean unless it's very important to you). Idk i'm not much for state pride... but then again my state sucks
