Yep, all looks like what I've got, except I hear this: "Yeah it's a fact, check it, sorry Charlie, honey he's back from LA." Works either way for me. What a great tune. I spent a little time this morning figuring it out on the guitar and I came here to tab it, and lo and behold, everyone else beat me to it! This place cracks me up.
