wynnbo
I know Wilco uses (used?) macs onstage live for samples and loops and whatnot, and I have seen many other bands use them as well. I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of program was being used to be able to run and manage that many samples and sounds in real time like they do. Thanks.

I have tinkered around with other noise generating programs before, but this looks like it may be quite the step up.

ian
Does anyone know how to use that MaxMsp program from cycling74? I downloaded it, but I don't even know where to begin....
kaysettes
I wish I could help. I downloaded that and it took me about an hour to make some noise. I can't remember what I did to do that though, something about getting a base.
