Synthesizer Patel
Acoustic Chumbawamba! There looks to be some pretty good artists on. If by some miracle Emmylou Harris, Richard Thompson, The Broken Family, Tom Russell & Tift Meritt all play the same day I think I'd take a trek up to Cambridge myself. Welsh Rich
I shall be there - though not sure what day yet. I'm normally away this weekend, but not this year... When do the tickets go onsale? Is it confirmed that Emmylou is on the Sunday? All these questions and yet I'm the person who lives in Cambridge Would love to catch Cerys as well. Richard - if you are coming all the way, I could sort out a floor space for you.

Phone or post (no online service)- I believe so - according to the semi-offical Emmylou website. Apparently the headline does not actually appear last on the bill on Sunday, to allow for people leaving a bit earlier that day to get home (would suit me)- Indeed. An Uggi uggi uggi would be mandatory.

I'll have to have a long hard think about if I'm going to go or not - I don't even know what weekend it's on yet!, but if I do then I might hold you to that.

Albert Tatlock
If anyone needs a spot of B&B I do a mean toasted bagel in the morning in return for beer Possible? - depending on late train times - I did some provisional searches and alot of places did seem to be booked up then. Don't know if that's just Cambridge in summertime (and it's lot smaller than I thought) or that weekend particularly gets advance bookings.

Don't know if that's just Cambridge in summertime (and it's lot smaller than I thought) or that weekend particularly gets advance bookings. Not a problem - give me a bit of notice and the spare room will be made available! Cambridge is really small and although there's plenty of B&B's etc around, they are continually booked as it's holiday-maker-tastic from now until September and the festival is one. I might just do you an Emmylou mix too - what have you got? I think I must about 8 - 10 of her albums.

I've not got much by her at all - my Dad sent me a copy of the latest anthology through the mail - it's a mammouth 40 odd tracks, so a concise would be great.
Albert Tatlock
If it's this one it wouldn't be close to my mix. Maybe 3 or 4 tracks would overlap.

Albert Tatlock
I did remember what you said about Here I Am.It was a hard job, but that's what grabbed me when skimming last night. Also, Rich (W), if you see Cerys on the Saturday ask her if she's sticking around to watch Emmylou the next day (who wouldn't). We should do an imprompu Calon Lan or something.
