Atticus
I'm trying to put together a book(personal) of lyrics/tabs/notes for Tweedy-related songs, and was wondering what you guys have found to be a good blank slate for putting together tabs. I have used word and wordperfect, with a courier font, etc., but I'm sure there's some freeware out there or something that makes it easier. Any suggestions? Thanks, Neil

ginandcigarettes
I use a template in word that I just replace dashes with numbers. I have two different templates depending on whether I need space for sixteenth notes: 1..+.....+.....+.....+.....2..+.....+.....+.....+...... e--------------------------|--------------------------|B--------------------------|--------------------------|G--------------------------|--------------------------|D--------------------------|--------------------------|A--------------------------|--------------------------|E--------------------------|--------------------------| or 1..V.....^.....V.....^.....V.....^.....V.....^...... e--------------------------------------------------|B--------------------------------------------------|G--------------------------------------------------|D--------------------------------------------------|A--------------------------------------------------|E--------------------------------------------------| If I need something more complicated (like the Nels solo in Either Way) I'll use Power Tab Edited August 9, 2006 by ginandcigarettes
