socbret
I'm looking for something in the 000/OM size between $800-1200 What I'm looking at now is the...Larrivee OM-03Martin 000-15Martin 000-16SGT Anyone have any thoughts on these or other suggestions?
groovingdan
Larrivee. The Taylor 300 series are very constant guitars. you know what you're getting, they make 'em solid, but they may not have the charactor of a Gibson. Or you could spend another $400 and buy a J-45. H to the ickle
I have a Fall '04 Limited 312 and I love it, though Larrive do make excellent guitars.

oceanman
He want's a om or ooo,j45 way too huge. I say vintage martin or maybe gibson lg1?
socbret
After thinking about it, and playing all of these models along with new and vintage J-45's (I live in Austin and have 5 nice music stores within a 2 mile radius, it's nutty), I think I've decided to save for a older J-45. It's going to cost me a lot more but it's something I'll be happier with and will be a smart investment.
a.miller
Sorry I didn't see the ooo and om thing. I got a new J45 about a year ago and it's been wonderful to have. If I could afford a vintage one, I would love to get one. Good luck and it will definately be a great investment.
socbret
Well, I just went to Strait Music and played a Martin OM-18V and it blew everything else I played out of the water. I can't afford to drop the money I would have to on a vintage 45 right now, so this looks like it's what I'm gonna get.
a.miller
My buddy just bought a D-18V and if it is anything like that you will it
