I'm making a Wilco birthday card for my friend...

Recommended Posts

So today is my friend's birthday, and I had this idea to make him a wilco birthday card, because that's how we became friends is through wilco's music, so i had this idea to put a picture of Jeff on the front and have a cartoon bubble or something with the words "nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing", you know like in "misunderstood"? and on the inside something like "hope your birthday is nothing but amazing!" or something like that... is there anybody out there that's really good with photoshop who could help me with the front image?

attatched are the 2 best images i could find (thanks to flickr)...

thanks for any/all help! :cheekkiss

I agree that Photoshop's kind of overkill for just overlaying text. But shoot, I found a high-res scan of Jeff online a while ago, here's a shot at it. When I play that song at work, why do my cow-orkers look at me like I'm demented? I don't even shout along. :dontgetit

let's see if i can get this attachment feature in the forum to work, :), yikes technology. here's my attempt. druber's is quite fun as well. let me know if there's anything else i can do to give it more pizazz or make it more fun. i tend to be way too serious about stuff (including art and design).
