WilcoFan
Like I said, I have written some of the best software out there (including software on the new A-380) but I can't even burn a DVD. Anyhow, I am trying to burn a DVD from a torrent that I found but I can't make it work on my DVD player. Can someone recommend some software that will work? ... I know that this is open-ended but maybe someone could just give me the generals on the process. Thanks fellow Wilco fans, jeremy
Duck-Billed Catechist
What type of files did you download (file extension)? Does it play on your computer?
WilcoFan
What type of files did you download (file extension)? Does it play on your computer? Apparently is it a DVD. So it is like 3 jpgs and a folder of VOB files. I'm using Roxio.... while drunk.
WilcoFan
Update. If I click on the vod number 1 using WMP it works just fine.
Duck-Billed Catechist
Ok, did you burn them to the VIDEO_TS folder? Also, I'm half in the bag so we're in this together.
froggie
if they're .vob files and .bup files (or whatever), i use nero and it works a charm. simply select "add dvd files" buttton, select the burn speed and away you go

WilcoFan
Somehow the same night I tried this I woke up and there was a successfully created a CD. I'm pretty sure I had to select something like "Make Compatible"
