Guest Cousin Tupelo
You are kidding me?!?!? We gonna keep him for 3-4 years and then re-hire Phil Jackson? He's very much a transitional type of coach. Of those out there, he was probably the closest to Scott Skiles in temperment (but then what does that mean? Skiles lost a team pegged to go deep into the playoffs. Interesting that among Paxson's interviews were Lakers assistants Brian Shaw and Kurt Rambis, Kings assistant Chuck Person and Jazz special assistant Jeff Hornacek. Imagine Rambis and Hornacek as coaches? Keep caffeine out of the building!
cryptique
Meet the new boss ... same as the old boss. I hope this isn't true. Not that I don't think Collins can coach, but there are better candidates out there. After whiffing on D'Antoni and Carlisle, this reeks of desperation.
ction
Collins was brought in to be MJ's personal coach in DC. I smell a comeback...
cryptique
Paxson issues denial.
