I really like her, knew the family somewhat in the 90s, when she was like 5, and am excited about her career. http://www.myspace.com/meaghansmithmusic Can't wait til the London show at Aeolian Hall (the best concert hall in existence) on Oct 22nd. lizish
great tip, lizish! your new avatar is spectacular! Great Y! I would encourage you to light the Kidsmoke fire and get your asses to the Hollywood show. Avatar is from Kelly Mark: Last week, all around town these billboards kept showing up with typical band pictures. The same five indie dudes against a brick wall or on a staircase feigning indifference and boredom. No explanation was given. I first through it was a clothing company ad where a logo would appear in a week or so. . But no. This was an installation called 'The Band' by Kelly Mark. http://www.lolafest.com/artists/mark.html No band actually exists, just the promotion. They had Posters, T-shits, Buttons, Postcards, Hats, Tote Bags, and a mailing list but no music. Very post-post-something and I liked it. He also creates these ironic neon signs, which were hanging in all the Starbucks windows, which was also post-post something. http://www.ireallyshould.com/

lizish
Y - those updated advertisements sound very cool. Wonder if Steve would like this? Maybe I have to send him a note that says 'Lebanon Tennessee' is one of the best songs ever written.
