Wilco Worshipper
I still haven't seen it. And I need to because I refuse to miss an episode and just keep watching. That's lame as hell. Maybe my mom recorded it... oh yeah, free dinner and Rescue Me. Sounds good.Well, hurry up already! You have less than 10 hours to do it!!!
lamradio
Last nights episode was pretty damn intense. A big contract to last weeks hilarious episode. Is Tommy really drinking again? I think I might like the drunk Tommy better too.. Makes things more interesting..

Hopefully, I'll catch Sunday's re-run as watching Friday's is highly unlikely.
Guest Francis X. Hummel
Please tell me that's the last of the Sean mini musicals. 3 was more than enough. They're kind of funny, but come on. This is Rescue Me.

Guest Francis X. Hummel
I feel like they just realized that the dude that plays Garrity can sing and they're pulling for material. The first one was funny because it came out of nowhere and was short and involved him trying to shoot his asshole brother with a shotgun. The last two have just been dumb and way too long. So far, this season has been a bit slow and seemingly pointless. I'm not sure where they're going with things. The only thing I see that they might be setting up is for a serious clash between Tommy and Lou. And, well, Garrity's part of the story is obviously progressing. The rest of the stories (Janet & Dwight, Mike's bar, Franco's conspiracy stuff, Colleen and Black Sean) seem to be dead ends for now. It still has been absolutely hilarious though. I'm pretty sure the actor who plays Garrity is normally a Broadway actor, so I bet he's been wanting to do something like this for awhile

Guest Runaway Jim
Well, what did we think of this season people? I can't decide if I think it was the best or worst season to date.
lamradio
Yeah, it had it's ups and downs.. I think it was a solid season.. Not bad, but not great either. The women on that show are crazy. Janet is of course pure evil and Shelia is batty as hell. Shelia's little speeches to try and convince Tommy to stay with her in the last couple episodes were long winded and uncomfortable.. Guest Runaway Jim
I don't see what the point of the 5th season was. I've decided it was my least favorite season. It was funny though.

This is Rescue Me. I adore this show and am only halfway through this current season but those interludes are abysmal. Cringe inducing rather than funny. Blech..
