Dude
There is always this... Scroll down to around midway through the page to Inner Voice - you can click on it to download the mp3 for free. This is the episode it was in -- unfortunately, it just has a preview clip, not the full episode:

Analogman
I believe there was a thread about this when it was first on TV. It must be in the Via Chicago Archives somewhere. I don't recall any information about the song up at A Sea Black With Ink. I think J Hamm has this episode at The DVD Project.
Dude
I think the nature of the song is Odd Job Jack's inner thoughts, but that's about as much as I can figure out. I vaguely recall when this was aired (I think it started off as a webisode...?). Most may already be aware of this but Jeff also provides the voice for Lil' God in the animated show Lil' Bush. And I thought that was a lil' funny, not a lot.
