Ghost of Electricity
oh, and NASA does a lot of research in the biological sciences. Maybe moon water holds the key to cure something.Lunacy, perhaps.
anthony
Since when are our "resources" diminishing?I was referring to discretionary income. Yours, mine, ours.
Guest Speed Racer
Lunacy, perhaps. I guarantee you that if NASA could find a way to extract, bottle and sell moon water, it would sell for $20 a vial and single-handedly wipe out the national debt. Moon water would only encourage the spread of lunacy.
Hixter
I sometimes have thought NASA lacks imagination since they are always looking for water outside of our planet as a way to find life outside of our planet. Water on places like the Moon and Mars means that astronauts can live there for long durations without having to fill every nook and cranny of the spaceships with cases of Evian. The High Heat
Lunacy, perhaps. That's actually a pretty good joke. Don't be a lunartic! Try brand new, straight from the earth's moon, Lunar Water! It'll knock the lunarcy right out of ya! I know a guy who drinks Smart Water constantly. He says he never has gotten smarter.
isadorah
I sometimes have thought NASA lacks imagination since they are always looking for water outside of our planet as a way to find life outside of our planet. What if there is life right next door on Venus, but instead of being sustained on water and oxygen, it is sustained by carbon dioxide and nitrogen and would die if exposed to water. I don't think NASA and the other space powers are quite dumb enough to overlook other possibilities. 32 new planets "Astronomers hope someday to find signs of an Earth-mass planet in an Earth-like orbit -- circling a star at a distance that allows for the possibility that water might be liquid at the planet's surface."
