I've only given it a couple listens, but the guitar seems to be tuned down a full step (tune all the strings down E to D, A to G, etc.)

 

then, in that tuning, it's a Bm (actually Am when stepped down, etc.), then Em (actually Dm) (that trades up to Bm a few times), then to G (that trades up to C a few times), then Am and C. I can write it out later, but if you'll just tune everything down a whole step, it's fairly straightforward. hope that helps.
