Iron Mike -- isn't that Ditka's nickname?

I can't believe I'm on Kevin Smith's side of something.
Lesser of two evils.

Touch typing seems like kind of a dying skill, which is weird since everyone uses computers all the time now. Sometimes when coworkers come over to talk to me and I'm typing a document, I'll look up at them but continue typing and bang out the rest of a pragrraph without looking at the screen. It freaks them out a little.
A previous poster said that typing was the most valuable class (s)he took in high school, and I think I agree with that. Doesn't say much for my education, but being able to type 30 wpm+ got me my first real job (typesetter).

I was thinking Breakfast for dinner, you know, eggs, BACON, pancakes, the like...
I love doing breakfast for dinner. I bought eggs for this express purpose about a week ago but haven't cooked 'em yet. The problem is that I can't have eggs without coffee, and I've averaged about 4.5 hours of sleep per night for the last 5 nights, so I really need to not have caffeine in me when I go to bed tonight. So dinner tonight will probably be leftover chili.

In any case, hopes were high for the Jayhawks

I dunno - Ari said that Jake Gylenhall was signed on for A2 and Benicio Del Toro for Medellin, so it will be interesting to see what happens. Also, how did Drama get his likeness in the Godfather game? Is that possible cause that would be the shit.
We also know that Ari lies to his clients.

I love Entourage. This season started out weak and has been getting stronger. The last two ep. were the best yet.
Vince may not be as f*cked as it seemed at the end of Sunday's episode, because he does have a contract for A2. But I predict Vince goes back to Paul Haggis and convinces him to take him back for Medellin, while he collects an easy $7 mil to get out of the Warners contract.
Turtle was awesome last night -- his monologue on wacking off was classic.

As Norah sings, "don't know why I didn't come", you scrape a razor across your genitals...not much I can add to that
So I get naked, do a shot of bourbon, and then strip. So you got dressed again to down the shot of bourbon, or what?

I'm going through baseball withdrawal. I didn't even realize I was hooked until this week. And I'm rooting for a last-place team! Get the games back on already!

I hate it when someone quotes your typo before you get a chance to correct it.

"Godddammit (insert name of the offender), quit tunneling the brie!"
Sounds like the punchline to a french prison joke.

A couple that stand out in my mind -- not uber-classics, just memorable
Shawn Colvin on Sessions at West 54th St. doing "Diamond In The Rough" -- sounds incredible on 5.1
Also, Pearl Jam on VH1's Storytellers doing "Worldwide Suicide" gave me chills
