i totally agree & was thinking the same thing this weekend.

i hope that's true. this part from the uncut article is brilliant: One of the arguments during Time Out Of Mind was this thing about never doing a song the same way twice. Bob actually pulled Tony Garnier, his regular bass player, into the room with Dan at one point. He says,

obviously he's not as prolific as he was in the 60's, hell, even 70's but a lot of songs since oh mercy are just amazing. i really want an all acoustic album.
