I'm doing my part to contribute to the population, that's for sure. Actually they were talking to some research fellow from the Brookings Institute (I think?) on the radio today and that is only an estimate of when, statisticly, the 300 millionth person should arrive. He said it may have already happened or it might not happen for a couple of weeks. No one is really counting all of the people being born and people dying and people leaving and entering the country. Or something to that effect.

They have a great restaurant there. Sunday brunch is to die for! Yeah, there's not much happening here, so there's only the need for one hotel. I don't know that there's really a need for that, but it's a historical building so it will be there forever.

Does anyone remember the super fan over at Tiger Stadium? He used to sit behind home plate and he would always try to get the crowd riled up? Did he ever make it over to Comerica Park? I was thinking about that the other day. Heck, I don't even know if he's still alive. When I was a kid, we used to take a field trip if we were on the honor roll all 4 semesters. I lived too far away to go on my own. I went with Jay a couple of times in high school.

Being a fan my whole life, it's really going to piss me off when I can't get tickets to see them play next season.

I rarely spank. Sometimes though, that's the only way I can get through to my 4 year old that I mean business. I don't think I've actually ever hurt him when I spanked him. I wouldn't spank my oldest one anymore. He's 8 now and I think he's a little too old for that. I've probably only spanked my kids a few times in their lives. They're pretty good kids for the most part. I'm starting to wonder a little about the 4 year old though. Ok, I have a question... The test in N. Korea was underground, but wouldn't the radiation make it's way to the surface and cause radiation poisoning and health concerns? Did they detonate it in a remote area?

I think he needs a change of scenery, wherever that leads him. It would do him good to get out of NY.

I know regular season games can be heard online. We found the game on a Canadian website and it cut out.

Anyone know where you can listen to the game online for free? All of the usual stations (Detroit area) have the game blocked. Any help would be appreciated!
