i saw roger down here in 2002 and it was a great show.

Where the numbers refer to the fingers. I know this from standing 5 feet away from him at 5 of his recent solo shows. What might look a lot like he's fingering an Amaj7 is, in fact, just how he plays an A chord. All that to say, what he appears to be fingering, may not be what he's actually fretting.
no wonder he confuses the hell out of me when he plays Wait Up!

Tweedy's a baritone, definately. Still sings higher than me though, but that has nothing to do with it.
Thanks for this, too--I feel guilty whenever I capo a song, and I've been using capo 2 on this for a long time.
gordon lightfoot made a living out of using a capo in the 2nd fret (99% of the time!)

hah yeah i guess it is MY book and i can share it with my friends and well a friend of wilco is a friend of mine
i'll probably scan the copyright information too just in case the feds try to take me away but, i'll get to scanning and all that stuff probably tonight
-
well, it's out of print, but I dont know about the copyright status. Would just a few pages be considered "fair use"? I'm not sure.
of course you could theoretically scan the book, upload it to yousendit.com as a zip file, and send a personal message to people who would like to get the files.

It's an easy little riff on the high E and B strings:
e----2--0----2p0--0-----|---0h2-----0h2p0-----0
B----3-----2----------2--|----------2----------2---
G----2--------------------|--------------------------
D----0--------------------|--------------------------
On the last open high e you can hammer on 2 to change things up if you want.
thanks for that. for a minute i thought it was the intro to Here comes the sun!
