I didn't go through this whole thing, but did anyone mention The White Stripes--especially for a Zep descendant. Jack White can be a douche, but you can't deny his chops; lyrically and on the guitar. And The Arcade Fire kick ass. Wolf Parade's first album was pretty tasty, but it's too early to tell if they'll do anything else. Maybe we should ask Pitchfork PS Ringo's the Shit!
