yes vip was seriously annoying. i ran into a guy at a bar later that night who i spotted in vip who asked me if i had ever heard of wilco....blah, blah, blah...then drunkenly proceeded to ask me what the lyrics to box full of letters were...while touching me and overwhelming my friends behind the bar. however, while this show seemed to attract a load of idiots (including streach) i stand by the fact that kc is NOT a shithole. i love this city. ps. pat did seem like he was having much more fun on friday when we were all dancing at mccoys though.

so i went out tonight with my friends after work for a drink and some dancing. who else did i see other than pat busting a move on the dance floor! said a few words to him before i left...letting him know that i would be at the show tomorrow. starstruck!

i will be there and i am so pumped even though this will be my first show alone. boo. ps... so many better places to eat in kc. grinders has the worst service in town. blah.

everyone is exactly right. i loved every minute of this show. it was my first wilco concert without my ex, who introduced me to their music. so that was a bit hard to take, but i definately called him and rubbed it in his face that he had missed the best show i have ever seen! ha. can't wait for crossroads.

i was on at exactly 10 with no seats to speak of....this is really annoying. how many did they free up for the presale..2? oh well now i am rushed to get to work. blah.
