  1. I love Wilco when Jeff Tweedy makes an appearance!
  2. Well, I actually posted this and then haven't been able to come back to the board since... Imagine my surprise
  3. Okay, my bad. I really had no idea that posting that was taboo at all... Just wanted to share, I thought it was neat. Regardless of it's format, isn't it a cool show? Again, apologies.
  4. I hope it's alright that I post this here... I thought more people would see it. Over at a website, rbally , there is an ongoing free download of an incredible Jeff solo performance. He takes requests from the audience throughout, and naturally is very talkative. The show is divided into three parts, two of which are now online. Also, download the ZIP file instead of the individual songs to get the between songs banter. Enjoy.
  5. It's actually Glenn and David Mansfield playing with Jeff on Simple Twist of Fate. Not to nitpick. And while I love Jeff's version, its times like these I wish Jerry was still alive...
  6. That list is a little weird. The two examples that bother me are the Nirvana/Boston one and the Sublime/Beatles one. It's (I though) common knowledge that Cobain modeled his song after Boston's And Bradley Nowell from Sublime used the melody line from Lady Madonna to write What I Got, among other things. Bradley borrowed a lot of stuff. I thought Rolling Stone would know that...
