I kind of agree with you froggie, I feel the live songs I have heard from YHF are somewhat superior to the studio versions. But I still love the studio versions.. And Magus673, I also found it a bit annoying that it took so looong to get into it, but it was worth it. I think my favorite song is.. Pot Kettle Black? I dont know.. each song is gorgeous in its own way. Hmm maybe its Reservations.. Its honestly difficult to pick a favorite song from YHF. I truly Love this album hah Poor Places..ah such a beautiful song.

I just wanted to know if anyone else here had trouble getting into YHF? I listened to it the first time..and nothing really stuck with me. I didnt hate it.. I just didnt get it at the time. So a couple of months ago, I finally listened to it.. over and over. And its SUCH a beautiful record.. subtle beauty i think. It takes a lot of plays to appreciate it and actually HEAR it. at least it was like that for me.. has anyone else's experience with YHF been like mine? P.S. its a freakin gorgeous record.. truly beautiful. ohhh and I think they should have left some of the engineer demo songs in.

i love it all.. i mean its all good. Jeffs solo sets are always nice.. and one song I love live is Cant stand it! the one on the Complete Singles compilation.. the BASS!!! You can hear the bass more with the live version and it sounds really really REALLY good

I LOVE THIS SONG.. and I Love Jeff's solo take on it as well.. The lyrics really speak to me.. brings back memories of the ex, and the lyrics are pretty close to how I felt. favorite line If its just Your heart talkin i'll listen everytime dear you can talk my ear off anytime, anytime but if my mind starts wanderin it wont be gone long whenever i hear your heart talkin its a song ,its a song i love those lines... anyone else love this song?

I agree its one of the most Beautiful songs Wilco has done in my opinion.. Its a sad yet gorgeous track..The lyrics are haunting.. If I recall correctly it has made me shed a few tears. My favorite line "I will live in you or you will live in me Until we disappear together in a dream" absolutely beautiful. What makes it so emotional for me is the thought of going through this situation.. Losing Your Lover but wanting to be with them Forever.. It hits me hard everytime Great song.

Does anyone else Like Prince? I really Love his music.. Some of it can be cheesy.. but I really respect him as a musician. He plays pretty much all of the instruments on his albums.. and the Purple Rain Album is AMAZING. His voice isnt always the greatest but I still Love it.. I dont know what it is about his music but I really Love it. Not all of it though.. Only Prince,For You,Parade, Purple Rain, 3121,Musicology,and Planet Earth.. the albums he made in the 90's are weird so are there any prince fans on here???

Hi! I am new here and I have been a Wilco fan for about 2 Years or more.. The first Album I heard was a Ghost is Born. I absolutely Loved it.. But I didnt even know the name of the band. So Sometime Later I find out it was Wilco and I just fell in Love with that Album.. and then Sky Blue Sky came out. And I fell in Love AGAIN.
