The songs that I can play over and over again:
"Ju Ju Man" - Brinsley Schwarz
"She Moves In Her Own Way" - The Kooks
"You've Really Got A Hold On Me" - Smokey Robinson
"You Still Believe In Me" - Beach Boys
"What Do You Think Of Love?" - Shrimp Boat

Actually heard a short debate on this on NPR last night.
Both sides were in agreement that it was an exciting breakthrough and would be preferable to using embryonic cells. But the scientific side offered a caveat that.. it would be IF the non-embryonic cells were as effective as the embryonic ones.
The pro-life side refused to acknowledge that possibility and simply went on ahead with the fact that the current research has been promising.
So they agreed, but in totally different ways.
Odd.

A newer song that easily fits the criteria:
"She Moves In Her Own Way" by The Kooks
Seriously contagious and fun and... perfect.

What a performance. Damn. I've never seen ACL rockin like that.
I was always lukewarm on them. But now, they are at the top of my "must see" list.

Wild Wood is my favorite.
In fact, that period is just about the only period that I listen to from his solo career.
There is also an out-of-print B-Sides collection from those sessions called More Wood that is just about as good as the proper album.
So yeah, start with Wild Wood.

Another one:
"Seems So" - The Apples In Stereo
-
And while I will reitterate props for the Beach Boys selection, I will come up with yet another option:
I'll Feel A Whole Lot Better" - The Byrds
I mean, it's simple, it's catchy, and it just flows exactly the way that it's supposed to flow. But it never gets old.
Perfect.

"September Gurls" - Big Star
others:
"So It Goes" and "Cruel To Be Kind" - Nick Lowe
"Raspberry Beret" - Prince
"Live" - The Merry-Go-Round
And just about anything by Smokey Robinson

Brion sounds awesome.
But, as you will soon learn, wife and I do not do many shows.
Are you going? Have a great time!

"Acoustic Guitar" by The Magnetic Fields
Acoustic Guitar,
I'm gonna make you a star,
Get your picture all over the world
Acoustic Guitar,
You can have your own car,
Just bring me back my girl
She always loved the sound of your strum
You made her think maybe I wasn't so dumb
She tends to faint at the sound of a drum
Cuz she's folk so play and maybe she'll come
Acoustic Gutiar, how lovely you are
With your inlays of mother of pearl
Be a good guitar and you could go far
Just bring me back my girl
She always said that you were the one
That could make her move her cute little bum
You understand where she's coming from
Which I obviously don't, or she wouldn't be gone
Acoustic guitar, if you think I play hard
Well you could have belonged to Steve Earle
Or Charo OR GWAR, I could sell you tomorrow
So bring me back my girl
You'd better bring me back my girl

KANYE WESST "GRADUATION"
I forgot about that one.
It may make my Top 5 when all is said and done, but is certainly Top 10.
