bumping it up

i've tried ebay, spanish rock forums, and there's nothing. i'm ready to give my firstborn.

I've tried desperately to get tickets for the shows in Madrid, Santiago, and San Sebastian, but it is pretty darn dry out there. Any info would be appreciated.

I went to the 9:30 screening last night at the IFC center. Some notes: The sound was spectacular for the screening, and I only hope that some of that translates to the DVD. For my money, the film covers Wilco becoming the best live act in the country - the months following the Residency, when they really came together, engaged all the Wilco material, and teared through Sky Blue Sky. Not sure if this has been posted, but there will be two screenings of the movie this Monday. The early one has sold out, but the second one, at 9:30, has not. I believe the filmmakers will be in attendance.

lineup to be announced tuesday. rumored acts include phish, bruce springsteen, weezer, nine inch nails, ryan adams, al green, and a whole bunch of others.

People on inforoo have been checking different parts of the website, and it was found that wilco's bio has been updated from the 2007 version. It is now the most up to date one, which mentions several plans for 2009. http://bonnaroo.com/artists/wilco.aspx This is to be taken with a grain of salt, since this occurred last year with several bands that were later not on the lineup. Is it happening again? Saw Tweedy mention the possibility on the Cubs broadcast this summer and got all excited in the pants region.

So I can't go to the Wilmington show, but I have amazing seats to trade for McCarren. These are in the first row floor of opera house seats (there will be some folding chairs in front for a small pit area). Please let me know if you can trade.

Good christ, an envelope was sent out yesterday. I went away for work for longer than I had anticipated and never got around to sending out the money.
