I'm surprised at the comments on Derek's playing. I've always thought of him as one of the most soulful guitar players alive.

U2torrents is great as is U2start (I'm not sure if they have lossless yet or not, but they have most recordings as direct downloads).

As for officially released live stuff, I've gotten/made some great rips of the various official dvds (Slane Castle and Vertigo from Chicago being the most recent)

I've never really enjoyed the Flaming Lips that much. Some alright stuff on the first few albums, but this newer stuff is getting more or less unbearable to me. What I've heard of the six hour track was just way over the top. Sounds like some kind of habit is catching up with Wayne and he's getting way too self-indulgent. IMO obviously
