can't wait to check it out. I plan on losing all my Wilco studio albums and keeping strictly live shows on my ipod. It's like day and night...and I like the night part much better.

my first show last night, been a fan for a couple years but didn't make it to any of the shows on the "outskirts of Boston" that they played the last few years. went solo, had 9th row seats in the orch. TREMENDOUS show. This band brings so much power to their music in the live setting. It comes across a little bit on the live recordings, but it's 10x when you are there. I love that a band with the ability to bring such tender lyrics and peaceful melodies has no problem closing out every tune with a 45 second feedback jam turned up to 11! Great time and I won't miss these guys again.

all the shows that were listed as "sold out" yesterday now say "info" with a link to the livenation page. I'm only trying for Boston, but haven't pulled a ticket yet since the change on the site. re-release of tickets 10-14 days before a sold out show occurs is pretty standard, like rockinrob's post says.
