Hopefully you get to see this before you go dark for the couple of weeks.

Hogging the red carpet again I see. Your New York triptych was excellent stuff. Ta. (I might be bending the meaning a bit but it was 3 works of art and I like that word. Otherwise substitute your old stalwart 'trifecta'). Saving Iceland 2/3/4 for tomorrow.

P.S. Any sign of Noggin the Nog (or Nogbad the Bad)?

    Noggin the Nog

EDIT: I couldn't stop myself (and I had a big cuppa) - I've read them all, but waiting for the circling round additions.

  2. Just need to get a preemptive 'ta' in as I will be away for a couple of weeks and likely not drooling over Bbop's reports in that time. Rest assured that I will do so when I get back. I do have a bib in case you're wondering.

Someday Wilco will actually win a Grammy for their actual current music! Probably wishful thinking...:headbonk

Yes, a few Grammys's for 'Best cardboard box' filling up the mantlepiece now. Meanwhile, was truly gratified that this got a Grammy, though they seem to have invented another new category instead of just giving it the best song of the year award - though Bonnie Raitt's is great and pleasantly surprised it beat some of the more mainstream entries.

There's a repeat on Thursday that works out at about 11am I think for me, so will try for that (work allowing).

Finally got a broadcast that coincided with my timezone. Nice radio voice and interesting choices (apart from the Peaches thing that I had never heard of). Good work.

I shall accept your ta, and issue a pre-emptive ta of my own for when/if you get a chance to tune in…

Thank you, sir. You've been to plenty of shows yourself, so I appreciate the kind words. And there's definite room for improvement, so hopefully it happens again sometime in some form...

Haven't heard it but just the idea that it happened makes me happy, so ta for that.

Did I have a scuffle there? I only remember Parisian teenyboppers using me as pogo stick during Spiders…

Just giving you something to work with now you're in the entertainment business - recollections may vary.

Hope you've prepared some appropriate jingles.

'Don't touch that dial' - as they used to say when dials were a thing.

    ! ! ! ! ! !

Don't forget your scuffle at Le Bataclan.

P.S. Please ensure this is recorded and available for posterity and those who will not be awake at that sort of time. Ta.
