  1. Not taking credit fot the change in fornat btw. Just felt strongly about it like some others as well Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  2. Yeah, I was the complainer about Star Wars in its entirety but, you know what, it was the best set I've seen from them in the past year. Great mix of old and new and I prefer the incorporation of new songs into the set mix. Courtney Barnett was a force of nature, Jason Isbell was on fire and I Govt Mule closed the night impressively. Cheers. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  3. And historically Wilco had mixed up the set lists from night to night. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  4. I agree but I'm attending a festival with over 40 acts up at Mt Jam and would prefer not to see the same set again. Saw them 3 of the 4 times at muli-act performances this past year so so. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  5. Just baffled as to why they're not putting several or all o f Star Wars into a heavy rotation mixed in like they've done for every other tour they've ever done
  6. I dont want t sound like a crank but I for one am tired of Star Wars in its entirety. I've seen Wilco well over 30 times and tomorrow's Mt Jam show willbe my 5th Star Wars show. I rank the previous 4 at the bottom of my Wilco live show list. And I love the album! For the most part I feel that full album showas are just not as interesting after th first time. Saw Springsteen do the River over the winter month and it was my least favorite show of his. The problem for me is the rest of the show gets compressed and the set doesn't get a good mix or as deep. Sa Wilco in Port Chester over 3 ni
  7. That's J. Mascis from Dinosaur Jr and he sat in with Mark Mulcahy during Mark's set which was one of the best shows of the weekend imo. Mark, while originally a New Haven CT guy has been living in Springfield Ma and spending a lot of time in the artsy town of Northampton Ma recording and playing with fellow musicians. J is from the Northampton area as well and the two are friends. Mark sat in with Autumn Defense for a Mulcahy song as well that AD covered I their prior SS sets
