^^^ I came in to post the exact same thought. It was great to hear Jeff thank Max, Ken, Leroy and (especially) Jay. It seemed genuine and heartfelt. A great show, but, hot damn, I wish people would stop with the smartphone videos on every song. Nels was on fire last night.

My go-to Christmas CD is the one put out by Low. I also enjoy the Sufjan Stevens discs (1st collection) and the Nick Lowe's Quality Street.

Great show. Jeff was in fine spirits. Not sure why the guy standing in front of me felt the need to hold up his phone/camera and video every freakin' song (kids these days!); but the band sounded great and, as others have said, Camera was other-worldly. Can't wait to see what they play next Friday.

I watched a fantastic documentary on Netflix called Muscle Shoals about the two iconic recording studios in the North Alabama town of the same name. I think it had previously run on Public Television, but I had not seen. Great stuff.
