Marlins came close to reacquiring Juan Pierre today, but the Cubs GM Jim Hendry wanted to much. I guess he was trying to get us back for fleecing him in that deal in the offseason. I love that all the Marlins were willing to give up for him was one of the 3 guys the Cubs gave up to get him.

Since I got up on tuesday at noon, I have slept a total of 8 hours or so... This is not good.

If not for 2 home runs in the 8th inning of last night's game, the Marlins would've swept the Braves in Atlanta.

Is it good? I'm afraid to give it a shot. I'm a big fan of the Blink 182, but this one seems a bit different. I don't know.

So apparently to even get into the school of journalism at FIU you have to have a 3.0 GPA. Damn, I thought this was like a fake school and stuff? The good news is that I can be considered a Sophomore by the end of the fall semester if I play my cards right.

Nope. When it got to 5:30, I decided it wasn't worth it, since I have my orientation at FIU today at 8. I'm just going to have some starbucks right before I get there and try to get some coffee throughout the day (as a matter of fact, I already have had a double shot of espresso).
