The set started off very heavy in folk-rock feel and eventually progressed towards an edgier rock feel. Sunken Treasures isn't that great of an opener IMO...I think something like I'm a Wheel would work better in that position.

I would like to see ALTWYS make it into the set list for the Ryman...

After the remianing dates are completed i hope the guys take a long vacation with their families and significant others... God knows they deserve a break. Hopefully we'll get a 10 cd box set of the Riviera shows... with notes from the band discussing how they picked the set lists, photos from the Loft practicing, and Kot's perspective.

I guess we'll see a new record Summer of 2009.

can't see all of the remaining songs being played... the a.m. tracks, less than you think, pieholden suite, and the missing songs from MA 1 are shoe in's... but i can't see them busting out blood, jd, or feed of man... or the YHF demo tracks.

i for one hope that My Darling doesn't see the light of day... and i've never really cared for Venus either... while i am at it, i hope We're Just Friends gets left off as well.

Just an observation. Most peoples ideal setlist are close to the current setlist or feature mostly songs that have been played in the last year or so....

i was responding to the word 'ideal'... this is what i would like to see, but only with a group of true wilco fans b/c i think the others would just crap on it.
