I'd recommend that you also check out the WT tab at chordie.com I believe that version is closer to how JT plays it in concert WT is one of my favorite Wilco tunes

I seem to recall that the version from chordie.com is more similar to how Jeff played it in concert. (This has officially been my 2 cents)

For what it's worth, the F he plays is 003211, so it's a simple transition from the C chord, rather than going to a barre chord
