Arizona coach Dennis Green was seething. Judging by his comments, he clearly didn't believe the Bears lived up to the hype -- or deserved to win.

 

"The Bears are who we thought they were!" he said, yelling at the top of his lungs and pounding on the podium at his postgame press conference. "Now, if you want to crown them, then crown (them)! But they are who they thought they were! And we let them off the hook!"

 

Green then stormed away.

The Bears are my team and i'll say we won for three reasons.

1. The Defense

2. The Special Teams

3. We were lucky to go up against Dennis Green, one of the most consisent bad coaches in the NFL.

Dennis Green always has built teams that are about as tough as vanilla wafers. Its not surprising to me in the least that the Cardinals folded tonight. Green coached teams always do. He didnt know how to build a defense in Minnesota, and the only reason he won at all was mostly b/c of Randy Moss and Chris Carter and a good offensive line. He's a bad NFL head coach of a historically bad NFL franchise. He really knows how to win too. When he was a college coach, he was part of that National Championship machine known as Northwestern. I think they lost 30 something consectutive games when he was there. This all leads me to my main question:

What exactly does Dennis Green do for a living? Anybody know? He can say what he wants about the Bears. We really didnt deserve to win, but the Bears back it up come crunch time. Im still waiting for a Dennis Green team to do the same in our lifetime.

I think Grossman will be fine in the long term, but he was beyond shitty tonight.

Then again, when your QB throws 4 picks, and fumbles twice, and still your team wins, it doesnt look like anything can prevent this team from winning.

To answer part of your question, I just found a new torrent "The Desire Sessions" on Oink. Its in FLAC format and it includes "Money Blues." I'll download it and I'll send the track to you (or post a link here if anyone else would like to hear it) at some point tomorrow. Either way is fine with me.

I can't help but notice the category for the new bt tracker under the reflection off your cd forum. Does that mean we can start uploading/downloading torrents right now or is there still some stuff that has to be worked out yet?
