Billy Bragg and the Red Stars Live Bootleg

This is a pretty cool album on the thrill jockey label. Not sure how to even describe it. Kinda like Patti Smith meets Joe Henry at a Nick Cave show - which is probably not even close. Anyways... I've been checking out some the other stuff from Thrill Jockey lately. It's pretty much under the radar, but some good stuff.

I got this yesterday and have listened to it a couple times so far. I of course have heard of them and heard some Beastie Boys songs over the last 20 or so years, but have never bought (or thought about buying) one of their albums. After seeing the posts here I gave into the peer pressure and got the disc. While I don't think I'll be jumping all the way into the hip hop/rock or whatever genre this gets put into I do think it's a pretty cool disc - even if I got there 20 years late.

I have 2 tickets for tonights show. I can't go and will sell them for face value. I will do $50.00 for the pair. Face value is $25.00 plus all the fees.
